THE TRAIN WRECK ??

I am so happy that I posted 3 posts back on july 29, august 2 and 10 , 2008 in order to PROPOSE that if we want to solve our problems, we must have a UNITED DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT .
That means that all 3 branches of the Government should have a Democratic Majority.
If The Presidency goes to a Democrat OBAMA and the Congress and Senate also remain with a majority for Democrats, then we will be able to write good bills on HEALTH CARE and Energy and education.
We will have a President who will sign them instead of using his Veto Pen.
If God forbid McCain should win he said he will VETO all democratic Bills.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT . The McCain Campaign are trying to FRIGHTEN PEOPLE AND WARN AGAINST A UNITED DEMOCRATIC MAJORITY......................AS A DEMPCRATIC TRAIN WRECK.....
but Obama and the Democrats are now more moderate than in the 60's so there will be no WRECK.

TRIUMPH of the VOCAL minority

On monday september 29, something very very meaningful happened in America.

The Financial Rescue bill , (first named BAIL-OUT of Wall street) was defeatedin the Congress.
THE MAIN REASON was that so many people had called 100/1 against the BILL , that the Honorable Representative were afraid to go against the WILL OF THE PEOPLE.

Now, what this means is that from NOW ON , We the People have to understand that IT WILL BE POSSIBLE to MAKE OUR WILL KNOWN and get things done, like HealthCARE , Education , infrastructure efforts. etc

So, My fellow Citizens specially the Young ones take note of this event and let us work to understand the issues and make our Representatives aware of them.

September 28, 2008 should be remembered as the day when it was proved that the VOCAL People have Power.
But let us remember also that it was probably the CONSERVATIVE RADIO SHOWS that probably MOBILIZED their troops to VOICE THEIR OPPOSITION to that BILL as a Socialtist event.

I wish someone would do some research about the exact number of phone calls and where and whom they came from, so we would learn even more.
I have a feeling that the number would tell us that THE VOCAL MINORITY won over the SILENT MAJORITY.. who did not bother to voice their agreement.

Apparently the Left had objections of a different kind to that Bill. but they might not have received as many angry phone calls.

SO, LET US REMEMBER THAT WHEN THE ISSUE IS SO IMPORTANT, we should all voice our opinion and NOT allow a VOCAL MINORITY win over a SILENT MAJORITY.
In a Democracy, the Majority should win, not a Vocal Minority, just because they have been mobilized. THIS might lead to FASCISM like in .........
