BUT ONE DAY, I might GET LUCKY and MAYOR BLOOMBERG or another BIG SHOT will see what I have posted and contact me.
LET ME SAY MY IDEA IS SIMPLE , and when some good hearts see it, they will say, Hey why did I not think about this.
MY reply will be because you did not have time to really think hard and long enough, and perhaps this was not a real GOAL for you.

The Independents' DILEMMA part 4

I have a feeling that America does not like to have more than 2 major parties.
So, what is left for the INDEPENDENTS is to vote for the lesser of the 2 Evils, or the better of the 2 major parties available.
My particular idea is one that all Americans can truly embrace wholeheartedly.................. Simply because I do not change any present political process, but simply SUPERIMPOSE ONE IDEA on top of whatever is available .............in ORDER TO MAKE THE AMERICAN IDEAL OF OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL ...........materialize.
THIS REALLY WILL MEAN SOCIAL JUSTICE IN THE BEST FASHION POSSIBLE.
I DO NOT KNOW WHO IS GOING TO READ THIS POST, BUT PLEASE, LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN GUESS WHAT I HAVE IN MIND.

WE, THE INDEPENDENTS in America, have probably realized that we are POWERLESS.
This is a sad state of affairs.
But really, do the INDEPENDENTS actually have any clue to what they stand for ??
THERE ARE 2 SOLUTIONS.

2- DEMOCRACY FOR AMERICA DFA which was started by GOV.Howard Dean
the DFA has been established in many towns , and meet once a month. I attended in 2004 some meetings, and left because I did not find it interesting.
But to be fair, their approach is to find and support candidates for local governments. from city council to all the way up.
IT IS therefore A realistic STEP toward gaining power, in a Democracy.

and help advertize it.......... so millions of LOST INDEPENDENTS ............WHO DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, WHERE TO GO etc.... finally find a suitable HOME.

The DEMOCRATIC attitude

It has been said........that ATTITUDE is a small word that can make a big difference !
THIS IS VERY TRUE. i will claim here, that we cannot have a true democracy, without a ...............democratic attitude.
In America, the closest we have come to this truth, is probably the present administration's anti-democratic attitude before the 2006 election.
Perhaps the people realized this and decided to give the other party a chance.
Now, it is incumbent upon the present democratic majority in congress to really maintain that DEMOCRATIC ATTITUDE.
NOT ONLY THE ELECTED OFFICIALS, BUT, WE THE PEOPLE MUST also ACQUIRE AND MAINTAIN a democratic attitude.
the opposite of the democratic attitude ....is of course a DICTATORIAL attitude.
I have noticed this dictatorial attitude in a certain group of people, whom I sympathize with, but who act a bit dictatorially...................in their demands.
before the iraq war, millions of people demonstrated for peace and not war.
then the administration acted dictatorially , and rushed to war, disregarding all other opinions.
But now that there is a mess in Iraq , and we have a moral duty to fix what we broke..................some groups are acting like dictators and telling the congress they must end the war............HOW CAN WE EXPECT THEM TO DO SO WHEN WE HAVE NOT VOTED ENOUGH TO GIVE THE DEMOCRATS A CLEAR VETO-PROOF MAJORITY.???
SO, LET US KEEP A DEMOCRATIC ATTITUDE ......and realize that we have to VOTE IN enough representatives who are Pro-Peace for congress and the senate so that they can vote to OVERRIDE PRESIDENTIAL VETOES.
A DEMOCRATIC ATTITUDE IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR ......AFA
ALLIANCE FOR.....AMERICA needs rising above partisan attitude.
PS. I did not start this post with the intention of going to Iraq.......only because it is such an important issue..., and i really do not want america to fail.

WIN / WIN ATTITUDE

This is the attitude that I bring to ALLIANCE FOR AMERICA.
indeed, I would not have even come up that IDEA , if I did not wish for ALL to WIN.
So, the pre-requisites for joining in this Alliance are :
1- your dissatisfaction with the present political parties , Whether PARTIAL or TOTAL
2- the yearning for a WIN/WIN solution
ie. a political system that provides this for all it citizens.
in other words.............a truly DEMOCRATIC system
This is the attitude that I bring to ALLIANCE FOR AMERICA.
indeed, I would not have even come up that IDEA , if I did not wish for ALL to WIN.
