WHY WHY on earth should DEMOCRATS be BIPARTISAN ?
The Republicans can rule without concern for the Democrats..............as seen since 1980 1994 and specially during The ROVIAN rule we heard of establishing PERMANENT REPUBLICAN MAJORITY.
so WHY should Democrats be Bipartisan and Rpublicans NOT??????
