In 1950 Income tax rate was 91 % population 151,325,798
in 1960 " ................................ 77 % " " " 179,323,175

WHY do you wonder why we have accumulated so much deficits and Debt ?
The above numbers show exactly WHY .
The TAX CUTTERS have STARVED the BEAST very effectively.!!!!
Now they plan to cut taxes even more for the top under the guise of TAX REFORM.
taking away the loopholes for the middle .........and broadening the tax base.
